Pre-incorporation notice. These interim website Terms identify the present operator and use Zimbabwe law. They will be reviewed and updated when Fiscenda is incorporated.

At a glance

  • The website provides general business information, not professional advice.
  • An engagement starts only through a separate written agreement.
  • Fiscenda One will be governed by separate product and client terms.

Interim legal status

Fiscenda is currently a pre-incorporation business project operated by Ronald Gumbire from Zimbabwe. These Terms govern use of the public marketing website at fiscenda.com. They will be replaced or updated when the Fiscenda legal entity is incorporated.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about proposed accounting, bookkeeping, tax-consulting, compliance and cross-border support services. Website content is introductory and may not describe every limitation, jurisdictional condition or engagement requirement.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this website is accounting, tax, legal, investment or other professional advice. Information may be general, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not act or refrain from acting solely because of website content.

No accountant-client, adviser-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship is created by visiting the website, sending an enquiry or booking an introductory consultation. A service relationship begins only when the appropriate Fiscenda legal entity and the client have accepted a separate written engagement agreement.

4. Service availability

References to Europe, cross-border support or particular service categories do not guarantee that Fiscenda can accept an engagement in every country or for every matter. Availability will depend on incorporation, professional-authorisation requirements, local regulations, conflicts checks, capacity and the agreed scope of work.

5. Consultations and external booking

The consultation link may direct you to an external scheduling provider. That provider has its own terms and privacy notice. A booking request does not oblige Fiscenda to accept an engagement, provide advice or reserve capacity beyond the scheduled introductory meeting.

6. Fiscenda One

The Fiscenda One client portal is a separate service. Access to and use of the portal will be governed by separate product terms, privacy information, security rules and, where applicable, a client engagement agreement and data-processing agreement. These website Terms do not authorise submission of client accounting, tax, payroll or financial records to the marketing website.

7. Permitted use

You may access and use the website for lawful business-information purposes. You must not:

  • Interfere with the website, its infrastructure or another user’s access.
  • Attempt unauthorised access, security testing or circumvention of protective measures.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code or automated traffic that could impair the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • Copy, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content except as permitted by law or written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Fiscenda name, logo, visual identity, website design, text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator, subject to any third-party rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website in accordance with these Terms.

9. External links

The website may link to third-party services. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean Fiscenda controls or endorses the third party. Fiscenda is not responsible for external content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

10. Accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate and available, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that qualification, the website operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on this public website or external websites linked from it.

These limitations relate only to the public website. Any liability connected with paid professional services will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement and mandatory law.

12. Privacy

Personal information associated with the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Technologies used by the website are described in the Cookie Policy.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated when Fiscenda is incorporated, services change or legal requirements develop. Updated Terms take effect when published, unless a later date is stated.

14. Governing law

While Fiscenda remains a pre-incorporation project operated from Zimbabwe, these Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The courts of Zimbabwe have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning the public website.

This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply regardless of the chosen law. The governing-law clause will be reviewed and updated when the Fiscenda company is incorporated.
